If you are unable to receive the package personally, you may authorize another person at the same address to sign for it. The courier is only responsible for delivering the parcel to the designated address and not to a specific individual.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified for security reasons.
If a delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect information, the parcel will be held by the courier for up to 5 days. If no response is received within this period, the order may be returned and refunded accordingly.
